Resep Enoki Beef Roll








Bahan-bahan

  • 4 lembar daging sapi sukiyaki
  • 1 bungkus jamur enoki
  • 2-3 sdm kecap asin
  • 2 sdm saus tiram
  • secukupnya Lada putih
  • 1 sdt tepung maizena





Langkah

  1. Campur kecap asin, saus tiram, tepung maizena dan lada putih. Marinade daging sapi dengan bumbu rendaman selama kurang lebih 1 jam.
  2. Bagi jamur enoki menjadi 4 bagian. Gulung masing-masing bagian dengan daging sapi. Sematkan tusuk gigi. Ini gunanya selain untuk menahan gulungan juga memudahkan saat membalik daging.
  3. Panaskan wajan anti lengket. Panggang gulungan daging sapi tadi hingga kecoklatan. Tuang sisa bumbu rendaman di atasnya. Jika perlu tambahkan sedikit air.
  4. Masak hingga matang kedua sisinya (atau tingkat kematangan sesuai selera).Buang dulu tusuk giginya .Sajikan selagi panas.
