- 1/2 kg kerang dara
- 1/2 kg kerang hijau
- Saus tomat
- Saus sambel
- Saus tiram
- Gula
- Garam
- Bawang bombay
- Cabe rawit merah
- Jeruk nipis
- Jeruk limo
- Daun jeruk
- Daun salam
- Serai
- Jahe
- Laos
- Telur ayam (pengentalnya)
Langkah
- Kerang setelah dicuci bersih 3x rebus 30 menit jangan lupa kasih garam dan peresan jeruk nipis saat di rebus, rebus jagung 15 menit kurang lebih, lalu masukan minyak goreng dan oseng bumbu2 kasar (jahe, serai dan laos di geprek) masukan semua saus sesuai selera .
- Masukan air, gula dan garam jangan lupa kaldu jamur.
- Masukan telur untuk mengentalkan sausnya.. koreksi rasa... kalau sudah pas masukan kerang dan jagung
