Bahan-bahan
- 1/2 kg kentang
- 12 buah cabe merah keriting
- 3 buah cabe rawit merah besar
- 10 siung bawang merah
- 6 siung bawang putih
- 1 buah tomat ukuran sedang
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
- gula
- garam
- merica
- air matang
- minyak goreng
Langkah
- Kupas kentang. Potong-potong lalu cuci bersih. Sisihkan.
- Panaskan minyak dalam penggorengan, masukan potongan kentang. Masak dengan api sedang. Jangan dibolak-balik.
- Jika semua kentang sudah digoreng, masukan bumbu halus : cabe merah, cabe rawit, bawang merah, bawang putih dan tomat.
- Tumis hingga harum. Lalu tambahkan sedikit air.
- Masukan daun jeruk, gula, garam dan merica, aduk rata. Lalu masukan kentang yang sudah digoreng. Masak hingga bumbu sedikit menyusut.
- Matikan api. Siap dihidangkan untuk berbuka puasa
