Resep Tongseng Daging, Sapi,Kambing dan Ayam


Tongseng daging
Bahan-bahan    
  1. 500 gr daging (bisa sapi, kambing atau ayam)
  2. 500 ml santan (saya pakai 1/2 kotak santan Kara)
  3. 2 buah tomat potong2
  4. 5 lembar dun kol potong kasar
  5. 1 batang daun bawang potong serong
  6. secukupnya Garam, gula, kaldu jamur, kecap manis
  7. Jeruk limau
  8. Secukupnnya tomat

Bumbu cemplung :
  1. 4 daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
  2. 2 lembar daun salam
  3. 2 buah sereh keprek
  4. 3 butir kapulaga, 2 butir cengkeh, 1 cm kayumanis
  5. Secukupnya cabe rawit (utuh / iris) sesuai selera

Bumbu halus :
  1. 7 siung bawang merah
  2. 4 siung bawang putih
  3. 1 sdm ketumbar, 
  4. 1 cm kunyit, 
  5. 1 sdm merica butiran (sangrai dulu)
  6. 2 buah cabe merah besar

Langkah:              
  1. Tumis bumbu halus dan bumbu cemplung dengan api sedang sampai harum, 
  2. Masukkan daging. 
  3. Tambah air 1 liter, rebus sampai daging empuk.
  4. Setelah daging empuk, masukkan santan,
  5. Beri gula, garam, kaldu jamur, 2 sdm kecap manis.
  6.  Koreksi rasa
  7. Jika sudah pas, masukkan tomat, daun bawang dan kol Masak lagi selama semenit. 
  8. Matikan api.
  9. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng dan kucuran jeruk limau.
