Udang Saos Padang Pedas Lezat


Udang saos padang pedas
 Bahan-bahan:
  1. 700 gram udang besar
  2. 1 buah bawang bombay (iris2 tipis)
  3. 4 sdm saos tiram
  4. 4 sdm saos tomat
  5. 4 sdm saos sambal
  6. 1 sdt kecap manis
  7. 1,5 cm jahe (geprek)
  8. Secukupnya garam
  9. secukupnya lada

Bumbu halus :
  1. 5 bh bawang merah
  2. 4 bh bawang putih
  3. 1,5 cm jahe
  4. 6 bh cabe merah keriting
  5. 10 bh cabe rawit merah (sesuai selera)

Langkah :
  1. Jika pakai udang besar, buang kulit dan  kotoran lalu cuci bersih.
  2. Rebus udang sampai air mendidih, 
  3. Buang airnya dan tambahkan air yg baru dan rebus kembali sampai udang matang. 
  4. Air rebusan kedua jangan dibuang, 
  5. Tumis bumbu2 halus dan masukkan bawang bombay dan jahe geprek, tumis sampai wangi
  6. Masukkan air rebusan td (banyaknya air sesuai selera),
  7. Masukkan saos tiram, saos tomat, saos sambal, kecap manis, garam, lada, aduk
  8. Lalu masukkan udang, aduk2 merata.
  9. Test rasa dan diamkan sampai air mendidih dan saos meresap
  10. Udang saos pedas siap disajikan
