Rahasia Jamur Crispy Awet Renyahnya
Bahan-bahan:
- 2 bks jamur tiram
- 300 gr tepung trigu
- 50 gr maizena
Bumbu:
- 1 sdt mrica bubuk
- 1 sdt bawang putih bubuk
- penyedap
- secukupnya garam
Langkah:
- Campur semua tepung dengan bumbu aduk rata dengan air dingin
- Suwir suwir jamur,masukan diadonan basah kemudian gulingkan diadonan kering,goreng diminyak panas hingga kekuningan angkat tiriskan
- Jamur crispy siap dinikmati
- Lebih enak dicocol dengan saos sambal
