Sop Iga Sapi Empuk Maknyoss
- 1 kg iga sapi, cuci bersih
- 2 liter air
- 2 batang wortel, potong
- 2 buah kentang, potong
- 1 buah bawang bombay potong
- 3 cm kayu manis
- 3 butir cengkeh
- 3 butir kapulaga
- 2 batang daun bawang, potong2
- Secukupnya garam, gula,kaldu bubuk
- Secukupnya margarine untuk menumis
Bumbu yg dihaluskan :
- 6 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt merica
- 1/2 bagian buah pala
Pelengkap :
- Seledri
- Bawang goreng
- Jeruk limau
- Sambal
- kacang goreng/sangrai
Langkah:
- rebus daging iga hingga mendidih,buang airnya kemudian tiriskan,rebus kembali dengan air yang baru hingga empuk
- Tumis bawang bombay menggunakan margarine hingga harum,Masukan bumbu halus,kayumanis, cengkeh dan kapulaga, tumis hingga matang.
- Masukan tumisan bumbu kedalam rebusan iga sapi, aduk rata,boleh ditambah air, Lalu masukan kentang dan wortel, beri garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk, masak sampai wortel dan kentang matang. Tes rasa.
- biarkan beberapa menit -/+ 15 menit
- Terakhir masukan daun bawang iris, aduk rata kembali. Angkat.
- Sajikan hangat bersama nasi dan pelengkapnya
- selamat mencoba mam semoga berhasil.
