Resep Gangan Asam Patin Khas Banjar
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 kg ikan patin, potong2
- 1 jeruk nipis
- 1 ikat kacang panjang
- 2 tomat, potong
- 300 gr kol potong besar
- 2 liter air
- 2 btg serai, geprek
- 3 cm laos, geprek
Bumbu halus :
- 10 bawang merah
- 4 bawang putih
- 1 blok terasi
- 3 butir kemiri
- 2 cm kunyit
- secukupnya garam, gula dan kaldu
- Bersihkan ikan patin,agar tidak amis lumuri dengan jeruk nipis
- Didihkan air dalam panci, masukkan sereh, lengkuas dan bumbu halus
- Tambahkan kacang panjang dan kol hingga agak layu, masukkan ikan patin aduk rata, tambahkan garam, gula dan kaldu bubuk, koreksi rasa terakhir masukkan irisan tomat.
- Jika semua bahan sudah matang angkat dan sajikan
