Soto Khas Lamongan Dengan Tambahan Koya
Bahan-bahan;
- 1 ekor ayam Kampung
- 1 ruas jahe dikeprek
- 1 serai di keprek
- 1 ruas kunyit dikeprek
- Daun bawang
- Seledri
- kol di iris tipis
- Toge (sesuai selera)
Bumbu halus :
- 15 bawang merah
- 7 bawang putih
- 4 kemiri
- secukupnya Garam
- secukupnya Lada
Bahan koya :
- Kerupuk secukupnya (digoreng)
- Secukupnya Bawang putih (digoreng)
- kemudian dihaluskan
Langkah :
- Rebus ayam sampai setengah matang
- Haluskan bumbu (bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri,penyedap,garam dan lada)
- Panaskan air untuk kuah soto
- Tumis bersama jahe, serai, dan kunyit. hingga harum.
- Masukkan bumbu yg telah dihaluskan kedalam air kuah soto
- Tunggu hingga mendidih
- Suwir ayam yang sudah direbus tadi
- Sambal : cabai, bw merah bw putih tomat di haluskan tambahkan garam.
- Soto siap disajikan
