Laksa Ayam Bihun Jakarta
Bahan-bahan
- 1 liter santan encer
- 1/2 ekor ayam, potong2
- 200 ml santan kental
- 2 batang serai
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 2 lembar daun jeruk
Bumbu Halus:
- 8 butir bawang merah
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdm ketumbar
- 1 ruas jari kunyit
- 1 ruas jari jahe
- 1 ruas jari lengkuas
- 2 cabai merah
- 6 butir kemiri
- 1/2 sdt gula merah
- Secukupnya garam
Pelengkap:
- 200 gr bihun, rendam air panas
- Telur rebus boleh skip
- Bawang goreng
- Jeruk nipis untuk perasan
- Ayam suwir
Langkah :
- Tumis bumbu dengan minyak goreng hingga harum, masukkan santan cair dan masak hingga mendidih.
- Tuang santan kental ke dalam rebusan santan cair, masak sambil diaduk-aduk hingga mendidih.
- Tes rasa.
- Kuah laksa siap dihidangkan
