Es Pisang Ijo Gampang Seger Banget
Bahan-bahan :   
12 pisang raja, kukus

Bahan kulit :
  1. 10 sdm munjung tepung beras
  2. 10 sdm munjung tepung terigu
  3. 450 ml santan (dari 1/2 butir kelapa)
  4. 1/2 sdt garam
  5. 3 sdm gula pasir
  6. 1 sdm minyak goreng

Bubur sumsum :
  1. 100 gr tepung beras
  2. 1 sdt sdt garam
  3. 1 sdm gula pasir
  4. 700 ml santan (dari 1/2 butir kelapa)
Sirup :
  1. 10 sdm gula pasir
  2. 1 sdm Air ros merah
  3. 1 batang daun pandan

Langkah:              
  1. Kukus pisang sebentar saja. Dan kupas.
  2. Kulit : masukkan semua bahan ke panci, masak sampai menggumpal dan kalis. 
  3. Dinginkan.pipihkan adonan kulit beri pisang. Gulung sampai tertutup dan bungkus plastik.
  4. kukus selama 15 menit. Dingkinkan.
  5. Bubur sumsum : masukkan semua bahan, masak hingga kental. Gunakan api kecil dan sambil diaduk agar tidak gosong. 
  6. Air sirup : masak sampai mendidih.
  7. Penyajian : masukkan sesendok bubur sum sum ke mangkok, tambahkan pisang yang dipotong potong, siram dengan sirup merah dan beri es batu.
