Roti Manis Sederhna Simpel Banget
Bahan-bahan:
- 250 gr terigu protein tinggi
- 150 gr terigu protein sedang
- 30 gr susu bubuk
- 60 gr gula pasir
- 5 gr ragi instant
- 4 kuning telur
- 200 ml susu cair
- 1/4 sdt garam
- 70 gr margarin
Untuk isian bisa sesuai selera:
Langkah:
- Campur terigu ,ragi, gula pasir ,susu bubuk aduk rata
- Tambahkan kuning telur lalu air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni sampai tercampur rata atau setengah kalis
- Tambahkan margarin,garam uleni lagi hingga kalis elastis
- Diamkan adonan 30 menit / hingga mengembang 2x lipat
- Kempiskan adonan dan bagi2 adonan dengan berat sesuai selera anda
- Pipihkan adonan beri isian dan bulatkan tata diatas loyang yg sudah dioles margarin
- Diamkan 15 menit, Setelah itu oles permukaan dengan kuning telur
- Panggang dengan suhu 200 derajat celcius selama -/+ 15 menit
- Sajikan
