Barongko khas Makassar Takjil Ramadhan

Bahan-bahan

  • 6 buah pisang kepok ukuran besar
  • 250 ml santan
  • 2 butir telur
  • 1 shaset skm
  • 10 gr gula pasir(sesuai selera)
  • 1/4 sdt garam

Langkah

  1. Potong-potong pisang masukan dalam blender
  2. Masukan semua bahan lalu blender hingga halus
  3. Panaskan kukusan.Oles cetakan dengan minyak lalu tuang adonan yg sudah di blender tadi
  4. Kukus selama 15 menit dengan api sedang cenderung kecil hingga matang.Jangan lupa tutup kukusan di lapisi serbet
  5. Dinginkan di suhu ruangan lalu simpan dalam kulkas lalu lepaskan dari cetakan.Dan BARONGKO siap untuk nikmati
