Otak otak Ikan Bakar
Bahan-bahan

  • 300 gram Ikan Fillet
  • 150 gram Tepung Sagu
  • 1 butir Telur Ayam
  • 150 ml Santan
  • 1 batang Daun Bawang
  • secukupnya Daun Pisang
  • 1 sendok teh Ketumbar
  • 3 siung Bawang Merah
  • 1 sendok teh Lada (Merica)
  • 1/2 sendok teh Kaldu Ayam
  • 1 sendok teh Garam
  • 1 sendok makan Gula Pasir

Langkah

  1. Blender jadi satu semua bahan sampai halus kecuali daun bawang dan tepung sagu
  2. Taruh diwadah dan tambahkan daun bawang dan tepung sagu. Adonan hasilnya tidak encer dan tidak padat jd seperti adonan bakwan jagung atau adonan siomay.
  3. Ambil selembar daun pisang yg sudah dipotong besarnya. Taruh 1 sdm adonan, gulung daun pisang, sematkan tusuk gigi atau boleh juga menggunakan stapler.
  4. Bakar diatas panggangan atau bisa menggunakan teflon yah. Bakar sampai daun pisangnya kering.
