Resep Takoyaki octopus Ala Jepang
Bahan-bahan

  • 10 sdm tepung terigu
  • 1 butir telur
  • 100 ml air
  • 1/2 sdt garam / bubuk kaldu jamur

Saos :

  • 3 sdm saos BBQ
  • 1 sdm saos tiram
  • 1 sdt kecap asin
  • 1 sdm gula
  • 50 ml air

Pelengkap :

  • Gurita (rebus beri garam sesikit, tiriskan)
  • Daun bawang rajang
  • Katsuobushi
  • Mayones
  • Saos sambal



Langkah

  1. Campur jadi satu bahan adonan, aduk beri air, jangan terlalu kental dan jngn terlalu encer
  2. Siapkan cetakan takoyaki panaskan dan olesi margarin, tuang adonan, beri isian gurita dan daun bawang, kalau samping adonan mengeras balik menggunakan tusukan
  3. Jika sisi²nya sudah matang angkat, dan beri toping mayones, saos dan katsuobushiUntuk membuat saosnya, siapkan panci kecil masukkan saos BBQ, saos tiram, kecap asin, gula, air aduk² sampai keluar buih², matiak api tunggu sampai dingin lalu pindahkan ke wadah,



Nb: jika saos dirasa kurang kental bisa tambahkan sedikit saja larutan tepung maizena/ tapioka dan air pada saat saos mau matang
