Resep Takoyaki octopus Ala Jepang
Bahan-bahan- 10 sdm tepung terigu
- 1 butir telur
- 100 ml air
- 1/2 sdt garam / bubuk kaldu jamur
Saos :
- 3 sdm saos BBQ
- 1 sdm saos tiram
- 1 sdt kecap asin
- 1 sdm gula
- 50 ml air
Pelengkap :
- Gurita (rebus beri garam sesikit, tiriskan)
- Daun bawang rajang
- Katsuobushi
- Mayones
- Saos sambal
Langkah
- Campur jadi satu bahan adonan, aduk beri air, jangan terlalu kental dan jngn terlalu encer
- Siapkan cetakan takoyaki panaskan dan olesi margarin, tuang adonan, beri isian gurita dan daun bawang, kalau samping adonan mengeras balik menggunakan tusukan
- Jika sisi²nya sudah matang angkat, dan beri toping mayones, saos dan katsuobushiUntuk membuat saosnya, siapkan panci kecil masukkan saos BBQ, saos tiram, kecap asin, gula, air aduk² sampai keluar buih², matiak api tunggu sampai dingin lalu pindahkan ke wadah,
Nb: jika saos dirasa kurang kental bisa tambahkan sedikit saja larutan tepung maizena/ tapioka dan air pada saat saos mau matang
