Resep Sup Sumsum Tulang Sapi Endess
Bahan-bahan

  • 1 kg tulang sapi bersumsum
  • 500 g daging sapi
  • 4 buah wortel
  • 1 buah tomat
  • 1 batang daun bawang
  • 1 batang selederi
  • 5 buah kapulaga
  • 5 buah pekak
  • 3 buah cengkeh
  • Minyak untuk menumis
  • 2 ltr air

Bumbu dihaluskan :

  • 5 bawang merah
  • 5 bawang puti
  • 1/2 buah pala

Langkah

  1. Rebus tulang sapi dengan 2 liter air, yg sblmnya sdh di blansir terlebih dahulu utk menghilangkan kotoran2. Bila daging blm empuk tapi air sudah habis bs ditambahkan air lagi.
  2. Tumis bumbu halus, bila sudah wangi masukkan pekak, kapulaga, cengkeh. Kemudian masukkan tumisan bumbu ke dlm rebusan tulang sapi.
  3. Masukkan wortel rebus hingga matang. Matikan api masukkan daun selederi
  4. Sebelum disajikan, tambahkan daun bawang dan irisan tomat. Segaaarrr
