Cara Tradisional Mmembuat Rujak Bebeg

Rujak bebek/bebeg (beubeuk) khas Cirebon adalah rujak yang cara pembuatannya dibebek-bebek atau ditumbuk jadi satu di dalam alu.

BAHAN
  • 300 g mangga muda, kupas
  • 250 g ubi jalar
  • 250 g kedondong, kupas
  • 200 g bengkuang, kupas
  • 50 g pisang batu, potong-potong
  • 150 g gula jawa, sisir halus
  • 3 buah cabai rawit merah
  • 1 sdt asam jawa
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 1 sdt terasi


INSTRUKSI

  1. Siapkan alu masukkan cabai, terasi, gula jawa, asam jawa serta garam, ulek hingga setengah alus.
  2. Masukan seluruh buah yang sudah dipotong-potong kecil, lalu tumbuk sesuai tingkat kehalusan yang diinginkan
  3. Rujak bebeg siap dinikmati.
