Resep Yakitori Sate Jepang
Bahan-bahan
- 11-12 tusuk
- 500 gr Daging ayam paha atas (tanpa tulang dan kulit)
- 4 btg Daun bawang prei
- 1/2 sdt Garam
- 1/4 sdt bubuk Merica hitam
- 11-12 buah Tusukan sate (pilih yang lebar dan pipih)
- Secukupnya Wijen sangrai (optional untuk taburan)
Saus olesan (Tare) :
- 100 ml Kecap asin
- 30 ml Sake
- 60 ml Mirin
- 3 sdm Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 sdm Gula pasir
- 1 sdm Madu
- 2 siung Bawang putih (digeprek)
- 1 btg Daun bawang prei (ambil bagian hijaunya)
Langkah
- Siapkan bahan2.
- Campur semua bahan saus, masak hingga gula larut dan saus agak mengental. Sisihkan 1/3 bagian di wadah lain.
- Bersihkan daging ayam, tusuk2 agar daging lunak. Taburi garam dan merica, diamkan sebentar lalu potong kotak2 sekitar 3 cm.
- Bersihkan daun bawang, potong2 sepanjang 3 cm. Tusuk ayam selang seling dengan daun bawang dan padatkan, lalu olesi saus.
- Bakar di atas bara arang, sambil dioles saus dan dibalik2 hingga matang. Setelah matang, saat akan disajikan olesi dengan saus yang sudah disisihkan tadi dan taburi wijen sangrai.
