Bahan-bahan
- 3 buah kedondong
- 5 buah jambu air
- 1 buah nanas
- 3 buah timun
- 2 buah mangga muda
- 1 ikat bengkoang
Bumbu rujak
- 7 buah cabai rawit (jangan dibuang tangkainya)
- Secukupnya gula merah
- Secukupnya garam
- Secukupnya es
Langkah
- Kupas kulit buah lalu cuci
- Serut semua buah dengan alat serutan
- Haluskan bumbu rujak, cabai, garam & gula merah
- Campurkan bumbu rujak, buah & es batu
- Selamat mencoba bunda
