Kue lapis ketan srikaya nan legit
Bahan-bahan :
- Bahan ketan
- 250 ketan putih
- 300 ml santan
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 1 sdm gula pasir
Bahan lapis srikaya :
- 7 butir telur ayam
- 2 sdm air daun suji [daun suji diblender diambil sarinya]
- 50 gr tepung beras
- 250 ml santan
- 150 gr gula
Langkah
- Membuat ketan : rendam dulu ketan slama 2 jam agar pulen.
- Kukus ketan bersama daun pandan dalam kukusan panas lalu campur santan dengan garam,gula aduk merata lalu masak setengah matang.
- Tuang dalam loyang.
- Membuat lapis : kocok telur bersama daun suji lalu gula lalu tepung beras hingga rata lalu masukkan santan.
- Tuangkan dalam loyang yg berisi ketan setengah matang.
- Kukus dalam kukusan panas slama 30 menit.
- Angkat dinginkan lalu sajikan
