Resep Kue Lumpur Pisang








Kue Lumpur Pisang
      Bahan-bahan
  1. 3 Butir Telur
  2. 100 gr Gula Pasir
  3. 300 gr Pisang Matang (aku pake 4 buah pisang ambon)
  4. 250 gr Terigu Protein Sedang
  5. 75 gr Margarin Cair
  6. 500 ml Santan / Susu Cair
  7. Taburan :
  8. Sesuai selera Keju atau Kismis

Langkah
  1. Kocok telur dan gula sebentar saja sampai gula larut.
  2. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali bahan taburan, aduk rata diamkan 20 menit.
  3. Panaskan cetakan kue lumpur, oles dengan sedikit margarin.
  4. Tuang adonan hingga hampir penuh, masak dengan api kecil hingga 3/4 matang, 
  5. Taburi bahan taburan lalu tutup hingga matang.
  6. Angkat kue dan sajikan.
