Udang
saos padang pedas
Bahan-bahan:
- 700 gram udang besar
- 1 buah bawang bombay (iris2 tipis)
- 4 sdm saos tiram
- 4 sdm saos tomat
- 4 sdm saos sambal
- 1 sdt kecap manis
- 1,5 cm jahe (geprek)
- Secukupnya garam
- secukupnya lada
Bumbu
halus :
- 5 bh bawang merah
- 4 bh bawang putih
- 1,5 cm jahe
- 6 bh cabe merah keriting
- 10 bh cabe rawit merah (sesuai selera)
Langkah :
- Jika pakai udang besar, buang kulit dan kotoran lalu cuci bersih.
- Rebus udang sampai air mendidih,
- Buang airnya dan tambahkan air yg baru dan rebus kembali sampai udang matang.
- Air rebusan kedua jangan dibuang,
- Tumis bumbu2 halus dan masukkan bawang bombay dan jahe geprek, tumis sampai wangi
- Masukkan air rebusan td (banyaknya air sesuai selera),
- Masukkan saos tiram, saos tomat, saos sambal, kecap manis, garam, lada, aduk
- Lalu masukkan udang, aduk2 merata.
- Test rasa dan diamkan sampai air mendidih dan saos meresap
- Udang saos pedas siap disajikan
