- 500 gr ikan buntal yg sudah dibersihkan
- 2 sdm ketumbar
- 4 siung bawang putih
- 1 ruas jahe
- 1 ruas kunyit
- tepung bumbu sajiku
- minyak unt menggoreng
- 2 sdm garam
Langkah
- Haluskan bumbu bawang,tumbar,jahe,kunyit
- Masukan garam ke bumbu yg dihaluskan, tambah air 150ml
- Masukan ikan ke bumbu yg dihaluskan diamkan hingga bumbu meresap
- Panaskan minyak goreng
- Lumuri ikan satu persatu dengan tepung sajiku kemudian goreng hingga kering,awas jgn sampe gosong..
- Santap selagi hangat dengan nasi hangat dan sambal...
