Sate Itik Brebes

Bahan-bahan

  • Santan kental sedang 500 ml
  • Kacang goreng 750 gr; dibuang kulitnya; dan haluskan
  • Daun salam 2 lbr
  • Daun jeruk 5 lbr
  • Sereh 3 batang
  • Bawang putih 5 siung; dirajang lalu digoreng
  • Garam 1 sdt
  • Gula merah 2 sdm; disisir
  • Jeruk limo
  • Kecap manis
  • Daging itik untuk material utama satenya (Potong dadu atau sesuai selera, kemudian tusuk memakai tusuk sate lalu bakar)

Cara Membuat

  1. Rebuslah santan sampai mendidih
  2. Masukkanlah daun jeruk, sereh beserta bawang goreng, garam, kacang, daun salam dan gula merah lalu masak sebentar
  3. Angkat – sudah siap disajikan bersama sate itik
  4. Apabila mau disajikan, siapkan bawang goreng (untuk taburan), kacang bercampur kecap manis juga air jeruk, takarannya sesuaikan saja dengan selera masing-masing
