Resep Kari Ayam Thailand

Bahan-bahan:

  • 300 gram dada ayam, tanpa tulang potong dadu
  • 6 siung bawang merah, cincang halus
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 1 sdm pasta kari merah thailand
  • 1 buah zukini, iris tipis
  • 5 buah cabai merah, iris tipis
  • 3 siung bawang putih, ulek halus
  • 10 lembar daun kemangi, iris halus
  • 2 sdm kecap ikan
  • 1 sdm gula palem
  • 250 ml kaldu ayam
  • 250 ml santan kental
  • 2 sdm air jeruk nipis
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Minyak goreng untuk menumis


Cara membuat:

  1. Tumis bawang merah dan putih, juga pasta kari hingga harum.
  2. Masukkan santan, kaldu, kecap ikan, gula, air jeruk kemudian masak hingga mendidih.
  3. Masukkan buah zukini, kemudian tutup panci/wajan, masak diatas api sedang selama 10 menit.
  4. Masukkan potongan dada ayam, lanjutkan memasak selama 5 menit atau hingg ayam matang sempurna.
  5. Masukkan irisan cabai merah dan daun kemangi. Aduk hingga tercampur rata kira-kira 2 menit hingga cabai dan kemangi layu.
  6. Setelah semua bahan matang, matikan api. Angkat dan sajikan.
