Bahan-bahan:
Cara membuat:
- 300 gram dada ayam, tanpa tulang potong dadu
- 6 siung bawang merah, cincang halus
- 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 1 sdm pasta kari merah thailand
- 1 buah zukini, iris tipis
- 5 buah cabai merah, iris tipis
- 3 siung bawang putih, ulek halus
- 10 lembar daun kemangi, iris halus
- 2 sdm kecap ikan
- 1 sdm gula palem
- 250 ml kaldu ayam
- 250 ml santan kental
- 2 sdm air jeruk nipis
- Garam secukupnya
- Minyak goreng untuk menumis
Cara membuat:
- Tumis bawang merah dan putih, juga pasta kari hingga harum.
- Masukkan santan, kaldu, kecap ikan, gula, air jeruk kemudian masak hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan buah zukini, kemudian tutup panci/wajan, masak diatas api sedang selama 10 menit.
- Masukkan potongan dada ayam, lanjutkan memasak selama 5 menit atau hingg ayam matang sempurna.
- Masukkan irisan cabai merah dan daun kemangi. Aduk hingga tercampur rata kira-kira 2 menit hingga cabai dan kemangi layu.
- Setelah semua bahan matang, matikan api. Angkat dan sajikan.
