Es Goyobod Khas Bandung

Bahan-bahan:

  • 100 ml sirup gula
  • 4 sdm pacar Cina, rebus
  • 100 gram alpukat, keruk dagingnya
  • 150 gram daging buah kelapa, keruk halus
  • 2 lembar roti tawar, potong dadu
  • 200 ml santan
  • 100 ml susu kental manis

Bahan adonan hunkwe:

  • 100 gram tepung hunkwe (tepung kacang hijau)
  • 600 ml san tan encer

Cara membuat:

  1. Untuk membuat adonan hunkwe, campur tepung hunkwe dengan santan encer, panaskan dengan api kecil. Aduk hingga merata sampai adonan mengental. Tuang adonan dalam cetakan, lalu dinginkan. Potong-potong hunkwe yang sudah dingin.
  2. Tuang sirup ke dalam gelas saji, isikan dengan potongan hunkwe, pacar Cina, alpukat dan kelapa muda. Tuang santan, beri roti tawar dan es serut. Kemudian beri susu kental manis.
  3. Es goyobod khas Bandung pun siap disajikan.
