Gulai Sapi Pedas

Bahan-bahan

  • 400 Milliliter Santan (Santan kental)
  • 10  Buah Cabai Keriting (Sesuai selera)
  • 5 Siung Bawang Merah (Haluskan)
  • 2  Siung Bawang Putih (Haluskan)
  • 2 Buah Asam Kandis
  • 1 Kilogram Daging Sapi (Potong sesuai selera)
  • 1 Sendok Teh Penyedap Rasa (Secukupnya)
  • 1 Batang Serai (Tumbuk serai)
  • 1 Gelas Air
  • 1 Ruas Jahe (Iris-iris jahe)
  • 1 Sendok Teh Garam (Secukupnya)


Langkah-Langkah

  1. Giling bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabai keriting hingga halus. Tumis bumbu halus, jahe, serai, daun jeruk dan lengkuas hingga harum.
  2. Tambahkan daging sapi, aduk rata. Masukkan air dan santan, aduk perlahan sampai daging empuk. Aduk perlahan agar santan tidak hacur.
  3. Masukkan penyedap dan garam jika sudah mendidih. Angkat.
