Awuk-Awuk Mutiara


Bahan Awuk-Awuk Mutiara:

  • 200 gram (2 bungkus) sagu mutiara
  • 1 butir kelapa agak muda
  • 125 gram gula pasir
  • vanili, pandan dan daun pisang secukupnya
  • 1 sendok makan tepung kani
  • 1 sendok teh garam


Cara Membuat Awuk-Awuk Mutiara:

  1. Rendam sagu mutiara dengan air dingin 10menit, kemudian tiriskan
  2. Kelapa dikupas, parut memanjang
  3. Campur sagu mutiara,gula, vanili, garam dan tepung kanji
  4. Ambil daun pisang, bungkus krang lebih 2 sendok makan lalu bungkus bentuk kerucut
  5. Kukus kira-kira 30 menit
