Asinan Rambutan

Bahan-bahan:

  • 2 ikat rambutan atau setara dengan 1 kg
  • 10 buah cabe rawit merah
  • 3 buah jeruk nipis, peras 
  • 2 buah jeruk nipis, iris
  • 2 sendok makan gula pasir
  • 1 sendok makan garam

Langkah:


  1. Kupas rambutan lalu pisahkan dengan bijinya.
  2. Campur dengan semua bahan, koreksi rasa.
  3. Rasa harus asam asin pedas manis.
  4. Jangan tambahkan air karena rambutan akan berair setelah didiamkan minimal 4 jam di kulkas.
  5. Setelah dingin, asinan rambutan ini siap disantap bersama lauk yang lain.
