Resep Tom Yam Goong

Bahan-bahan:

  • 1800 ml kaldu udang/ayam
  • 3 batang serai, memarkan
  • 3 cm jahe, memarkan
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • 4 sdm kecap ikan
  • 1 cm lengkuas, memarkan
  • 2 sdm minyak cabai
  • 1/2 sdt garam halus
  • 3 buah cabai rawit merah haluskan
  • 1 siung bawang putih, memarkan
  • 300 gram udang ukuran besar, buang kepalanya dan bersihkan
  • 100 gram jamur merang
  • 8 buah cabai rawit utuh
  • 1 batang serai, ambil bagian putih dan potong-potong
  • 5 lembar daun ketumbar, iris halus
  • 2 lembar daun jeruk, iris halus
  • 5 sdm air jeruk


Cara membuat:

  1. Didihkan kaldu di dalam air. Masukan serai, jahe, lengkuas, bawang putih dan bumbu kaldu lain nya. Rebus hingga mendidih. Angkat dan saring.
  2. Panaskan kembali kaldu, masukan udang, jamur, cabai, dan daging, serai. Didihkan kembali. sesaat sebelum di angkat, tuangkan air jeruk nipis dan daun ketumbar, setelah dirasa cukup angkat dan hidangkan.
