Resep Ayam Pandan Thailand

Bahan-bahan:

1/2 kg ayam fillet
Daun pandan secukupnya
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kecap asin
1 sdt minyak wijen
1/2 sdt merica
3 siung bawang putih, ulek halus
1 sdt kecap, optional

Cara membuat:

1. Cuci bersih ayam dengan garam sampai ayam keset lalu potong sesuai selera.
2. Campur semua bumbu ke ayam urap sampai rata diamkan di kulkas minimal 1 jam.
3. Bungkus ayam dengan daun pandan lalu goreng dengan api sedang.
