Berikut resep dan cara membuat
dimsum crabstick lembut dan gurih.
Bahan:

250 gram udang kupas
·
2 sdm tepung kanji
·
1 sdt kecap asin
·
1 sdt tepung maizena
·
1 sdt minyak wijen
·
1 buah crab stick
·
1 lembar nori
·
gula pasir secukupnya
·
merica secukupnya
Cara
membuat dimsum sushi crabstick:
1.
Cincang halus udang kupas, lalu
campurkan dengan tepung kanji, tepung maizena, kecap asin, minyak wijen, garam,
gula, merica. Uleni kemudian simpan adonan selama 25 menit di dalam lemari es.
2.
Siapkan lembaran nori, kemudian tata
adonan di atasnya. Sisakan ruang kosong di pangkal lembaran nori, kemudian letakkan
crabstick.
3.
Gulung sushi dengan hati-hati,
kemudian potong setebal 2 cm.
4.
Panaskan panci pengukus, kemudian
kukus sushi crabstick selama 10 menit di atas sarangan yang sudah dialasi daun
pisang.
5.
Sajikan sushi crabstick yang sudah
matang dengan saus asam manis atau sambal bangkok.
