Bahan-bahan

  • 1/4 jengkol rebus hingga empuk lalu pipihkan/geprek




Bumbu halus

  • 6 buah bawang merah
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 3 buah kemiri
  • 8 buah cabae merah kriting
  • 1/2 sdt lada
  • 1/2 sdt ketumbar
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 1 cm lengkuas geprek
  • secukupnya kecap manis
  • secukupnya gula,garam,kaldu bubuk
  • secukupnya air
  • secukupnya minyak goreng




Langkah


  1. Tumis bumbu halus,daun salam,lengkuas,tumis hingga matang,beri gula,garam,kaldu bubuk aduk rata
  2. Beri air secukupnya,lalu masukan kecap manis dan aduk rata,tgu hingga bumbu mengental lalu masukan jengkol,masak hingga semua bumbu meresap dan tercampur rata,tes rasa,jika sdh oke matikan api,angkat dan sajikan
