Resep Jengkol Bumbu Kuning




Bahan-bahan


  • 1/4 kg jengkol
  • 1 bungkus santan kara
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 10 buah cabe rawit
  • 5 buah cabe merah
  • 5 cm lengkuas
  • 5 cm kunyit
  • 3 cm jahe
  • 5 butir kemiri
  • 1 buah tomat ukuran kecil
  • 4 batang serai
  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • sesuai selera Gula jawa,
  • sesuai selera Garam
  • sesuai selera Royco ayam (optional)





Untuk merebus jengkol :

  • secukupnya Bubuk kopi
  • Daun salam
  • Daun jeruk
  • Daun pandan




Langkah


  1. Pertama tama, sebelum aku rebus jengkol, malem harinya aku rendam dulu jengkol pake bubuk kopi+air, diamkan sampai pagi.
  2. Setelah semalaman di rendam, cuci bersih jengkol, rebus dengan air kopi lagi+daun jeruk, daun salam dan daun pandan selama kurang lebih 30 menit/ sampai empuk. Setelah empuk geprek jengkol
  3. Blender kasar bawang putih, cabe rawit, cabe merah, kunyit, lengkuas, jahe, kemiri, dan tomat.
  4. Tumis bumbu, masukkan serai dan daun salam. Lalu tambahkan 1 gelas air, Masukkan jengkol, masukkan santan kara.
  5. Tambahkan garam, gula jawa dan royco ayam, masak sampai santan menyusut dan jengkol empuk. Walaaa jengkol bumbu kuning siap di nikmati
