Resep Soto Babat Santan






Bahan-bahan

  • 1/4 kg daging sapi
  • 1/2 kg babat





Bumbu halus :

  • 10 bh bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdm ladabubuk
  • 1 ruas kunyit (1/4 kunyit bubuk)
  • 1 ruas jahe kupas
  • 3 btr kemiri
  • 1 bngkus santen kara yg kecil (kalau yg besar 5 sdm)





Bahan jemplungan:

  • 4 lmbr daun jeruk (sobek buang tengah nya)
  • 2 lmbr daun sallam
  • 2 bh sereh geprek
  • 2 ruas lengkuas geprek





Taburan :

  • Bawang goreng
  • irisan tomat
  • Irisan daun bawang




Sambal:

  • 10 bji cabe rawit(sesuai selera)
  • 1 bh tomat
  • Secukup nya garam
  • Secukup nya penyedap (kalau tak suka skipp)
  • Secukup nya air





Langkah

  1. Cuci bersih daging & babat lalu persto kurang lebih 20 menit,setelah itu angkat potong2 sesuai selera..
  2. Halus kan bumbu.
  3. Tumis bumbu yg sudah di haluskan & bahan yg ungkul di masuk kan tumis hingga harum,kemudian masuk kan air,tunggu sampai mendidih
  4. Masuk kan daging dan babat rebus hingga meresap,masuk kan penyedap rasa (bila suka/skipp) tes rasa lalu masukkan santan,aduk-aduk jangan sampai pecah santan nya (masak sebentar).
  5. Sajikan dg irisan tomat,daun bawang,taburi bawang goreng, lemon,dan juga sambel .
