Sotong Goreng Tepung Krispi







Bahan-bahan

  • 250 gr Cumi/Sotong, potong cincin
  • 1 bh Jeruk Nipis
  • 1 siung Bawang Putih, parut
  • 1 butir Putih Telur
  • 2 sdm Air Es
  • 5 sdm Terigu
  • 3 sdm Tepung Sagu/Tapioka
  • secukupnya Lada bubuk
  • secukupnya Garam




Langkah


  1. Aduk rata putih telur dan air es, sisihkan
  2. Aduk rata Terigu, tapioka, lada bubuk, garam. Sisihkan
  3. Cuci bersih cumi/sotong, lumuri air jeruk nipis diamkan 10 menit, cuci kembali. Tiriskan
  4. Bumbui sotong/cumi dg bawang putih parut, garam dan lada, diamkan kembali slm 15 menit
  5. Celupkan cumi/sotong kedlm putih telur, lalu gulingkan ke adonan tepung. Masukkan lg kedalam putih telur dan gulingkan kembali ke adonan tepung, cubit2 agar tepung menempel rata, lakukan sampai habis
  6. Panaskan minyak, goreng cumi sampai matang kecoklatan (saya pakai api kecil).
  7. Angkat, sajikan
