Resep Kare ayam kampung





Bahan-bahan

  • 1 ekor ayam kampung muda, potong sesuai selera
  • 4 buah tahu, belah 2, goreng
  • 700 ml santan (dari 1/2 butir kelapa)
  • 2 batang serai, memarkan
  • 3 cm lengkuas, memarkan
  • 2 lembar daun salam
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • secukupnya Garam, gula & kaldu ayam bubuk
  • Secukupnya bawang goreng untuk taburan
  • 1 gelas air





Bumbu halus:

  • 10 butir bawang merah
  • 5 siung bawang putih
  • 2 cm jahe
  • 3 cm kunyit
  • 1 sdm ketumbar
  • 1 sdt merica butiran
  • 4 butir kemiri





Langkah

  1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas & serai, aduk sampai layu, masukkan ayam, aduk2 sampai berubah warna, tuangi 1 gelas air, tutup, masak sampai daging ayam lunak. (Bila daging ayam masih alot boleh tambahkan air lagi, lalu tutup dan masak sampai daging ayam lunak).
  2. Setelah daging ayam lunak masukkan santan & tahu, bumbui garam, gula & kaldu bubuk, masak dengan api kecil sampai mendidih dan bumbu meresap, tes rasa bila sudah pas matikan api, pindahkan ke mangkuk saji, taburi bawang goreng, sajikan.
