Cara Membuat Pempek Krispy





Bahan-bahan

  • 1 kg ikan gabus giling (bisa ikan tenggiri)
  • 500 gram tepung sagu tani
  • 6 siung bawang putih giling
  • 1 butir telur
  • 1,5 sdm garam
  • 1 bungkus kaldu bubuk (optional)
  • 1 sdt baking powder
  • 1 buah Bawang bombay cincang halus
  • 300 ml air biasa






Langkah

  1. Campurkan ikan giling + garam + air, aduk sampai terasa kenyal ditangan (kira2 15 menit)
  2. Kemudian Masukan baking powder, telur, bawang putih giling aduk sampai rata lalu masukan bawang bombay cincang
  3. Masukan tepung perlahan2 jgn sekaligus, aduk rata dan pengadukan tidak boleh terlalu lama
  4. Panaskan minyak, bentuk adonan pipih, biar gampang, baluri tangan dengan tepung kemudian bentuk adonan menjadi pipih, lalu goreng sampai matang, angkat tiriskan
  5. Biar crispy, pempek yg matang td di potong2 (seperti digambar) kemudian goreng sampai garing. Selamat mencoba
