Cara Membuat Spaghetti Pasta Keju




Bahan:

  • 150 gram spaghetti
  • 1 liter air
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1 sdm minyak goreng
  • 1 sdt peterseli, cincang halus
  • 1/4 sdt merica hitam bubuk
  • 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  • 2 sdm minyak 




Bahan Saus:

  • 2 sdm margarin
  • 2 sdm tepung terigu
  • 500 ml susu cair
  • 50 gram keju cheddar, parut
  • 1 sdt garam
  • 2 buah sosis ayam, iris 1/2 cm





Cara Merebus Spaghetti:

  • Rebus air, masukkan garam dan minyak.
  • Masukkan spaghetti dan rebus hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan.
  • Tumis bawang putih sampai harum.
  • Tambahkan spaghetti, peterseli, dan merica bubuk hitam. Aduk rata.
  • Angkat dan bagi dalam beberapa piring.





Cara Membuat Saus:

  1. Panaskan margarin hingga leleh, tambahkan tepung terigu. Aduk hingga berbutir.
  2. Tuangkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk sampai licin.
  3. Masukkan keju cheddar parut, garam dan sosis.
  4. Masak dan aduk hingga saus mengental.
  5. Siram saus di atas spaghetti.
  6. Sajikan selagi hangat.
