Resep Mudah Combro Renyah Isi Sambel Tempe





Bahan-bahan

  • 1 1/2 buah singkong (kalo dah diparut kira2 400 gram)
  • 7 sdm kelapa parut
  • 4-5 sdm margarin (aku palmia)




Bumbu halus:

  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • secukupnya ketumbar
  • secukupnya garam




Bahan isi

  • 2 buah tempe daun yang kecil2 banget
  • 4 buah cabai setan
  • 3 buah cabai merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 2 siung bawang merah
  • 2 ruas kencur
  • secukupnya garam
  • secukupnya gula
  • Minyak Untuk Menggoreng




Langkah

  1. Kupas singkong, cuci bersih lalu parut. Note : karena berair banget jadi aku peras pake kain. 1x perasan aja.
  2. Campur singkong dg margarin, kelapa parut, bumbu halus (bawang putih, ketumbar, garam),aduk dg tangan remas2 biar krispi nya dapet. Tes rasa
  3. Bahan Isi : goreng tempe setengah mateng aja. Ulek bawang2, cabai, garam, dan gula, masukan tempe yang sudah digoreng, ulek kasar.
  4. Bentuk singkong, isi dg sambal tempe
  5. Goreng di minyak panas, api sedang hingga kuning keemasan, angkat, tiriskan.
