Resep Pisang Coklat Keju






Bahan-bahan


  • 5 buah pisang raja (pisang apa aja boleh yg penting manis ya)
  • 4 sdm tepung terigu
  • 100 gram tepung roti
  • 1/2 sdm gula
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • secukupnya air
  • secukupnya minyak goreng
  • secukupnya keju
  • SKM coklat (saya pkek coklat topping)





Langkah


  1. Kupas pisang dan belah memanjang jadi dua.
  2. Campur tepung terigu, gula dan garam. Tambahkan air aduk2 sampai mengental.
  3. Adonan tepung jgn terlalu encer ya karna ini utk perekat tepung rotinya saja.
  4. Celup satu persatu pisang ke dalam adonan tepung, lalu masukkan ke tepung roti.
  5. Remas2 sampai terasa kesat.
  6. Ulangi langkah 4&5 sampai pisang habis.
  7. Goreng dalam minyak panas dg api sedang.
  8. Usahakan pisang terendam sempurna ke dalam minyak agar matangnya rata, tdk gosong sebagian.
  9. Goreng hingga golden brown ya agar awet renyah.
  10. Angkat tiriskan dan sajikan dg taburan parutan keju beserta SKM/coklat toppingnya tadi.
  11. Voilaaa, pisang goreng crispynya siap disajikan
