Resep Selai Nanas untuk Isi Nastar




Bahan-bahan

  • 2 buah nanas matang (1 kg berat bersih tanpa kulit)
  • 220 gram gula pasir
  • 1 batang kayu manis, 4 cm
  • 5 buah cengkeh (optional)
  • sejumput garam





Langkah

  1. Siapkan bahan, pilih nanas yang tua dan matang, kupas, cuci bersih
  2. Parut dengan parutan keju, saya lebih suka yang agak berserat. Jika diblender akan lembut banget, sy kurang suka.
  3. Siapkan wajan masukkan nanas parut
  4. Jika sudah mengental tambahkan kayu manis, cengkeh dan gula
  5. Masak sampai kental dan berwarna coklat kuning keemasan
  6. Angkat
  7. Bulat2kan. Agar ukuran sama, saya memakai sendok ukur (tiap bulatan 1/2sdt)
  8. Siap digunakan untuk isian nastar.
