Resep Irit Bolu Pisang
Bahan-bahan
Bahan A: campur dan ayak
- 200 gr terigu (segitiga biru)/ 15 sdm munjung
- 100 gr gula pasir (butiran halus)/ 7 sdm munjung
- 1 sdt baking soda (5 gr)
- 1 sdt baking powder (5 gr)
- sejumput garam dan vanili
Bahan B: campur
- 3 buah pisang ambon matang yg besar,lumatkan dg garpu (300 gr)/5 buah pisang ukuran kecil
- 1 sachet susu kental manis
- 100 ml minyak sayur 20 sdm
- 60 ml air /12 sdm
- 1 butir telur, kocok lepas
Langkah
- Oles loyang dg mentega. Set oven 160 dercel, 45 menit. Kalau pakai kukusan, panaskan kukusannya dulu dg api sdg. Alas tutupnya dg serbet agar air tdk menetes ke kue.
- Tuang bahan cair ke bahan kering, aduk pke whisk sampai tercampur, jgn lama2 nt bantet. Tuang ke loyang yg sdh dioles mentega dan tabur tepung tipis2.
- Panggang 45 menit sampai matang. 10 menit terakhir set api atas. Keluarkan dari oven. Bagi yg pakai kukusan, tunggu beruap banyak dulu baru masukkan kuenya. Kukus 30 menit tanpa dibuka2 ya. Kalau sudah matang, tunggu 5 menit dalam loyang baru keluarkan. Setelah dingin, potong dg pisau bergerigi.
- Enak,gak seret.pengen nambah terus. Bila suka bisa tambah sejumput bubuk kayu manis di adonannya.
