Resep Terong Goreng Tepung Crispy
Bahan:
- 1 buah terong ungu
- 80 gram tepung bumbu siap saji
- 4 sdm air es
- 700 ml minyak goreng
Cara Membuat:
- Potong terong jadi 10 bagian.
- Campur 2 sdm tepung bumbu dengan air es dan aduk rata.
- Tuang sisa tepung bumbu di piring terpisah.
- Masukkan terong ke dalam adonan basah, gulingkan, masukkan kembali ke dalam adonan kering, gulingkan, remas dan tepuk-tepuk.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, masukkan terong, goreng hingga matang dan berwarna kuning keemasan.
- Angkat dan sajikan bersama saus atau sambal kesukaan.
