Resep Jamur Enoki ala Korea
Bahan utama :
- 200 gr jamur enoki
- 100 daging ayam yang sudah dipotong dadu
- 1 sdm daun bawang
- 200-250 ml air
- Biji wijen secukupnya untuk taburan
Bumbu pelengkap:
- 1/4 buah bawang bombay; iris
- 2 siung bawang putih; cincang
- 1 cm jahe; memarkan
- 2 sdm kecap asin
- 1 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1 sdm margarin
- 1/2 sdm gula merah (di resep asli 1 sdm)
- 1/2 sdm maizena; larutkan dengan air (di resep asli 1 sdm)
- 1/2 sdm minyak kulit ayam (di resep asli pakai minyak wijen)
- 1/2 sdt lada bubuk (di resep asli 1/4 sdt)
Langkah membuat :
- Potong bagian akar jamur, cuci bersih jamur. Lalu rebus jamur dalam air mendidih hingga layu. Angkat, tiriskan.
- Lelehkan margarin, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih dan jahe. Masukkan potongan daging ayam, kecap asin, kecap manis, saus tiram dan gula merah. Aduk merata, lalu tuang air dan masak hingga matang.
- Bubuhkan garam dan lada bubuk, aduk merata. Masukkan minyak kulit ayam lalu tuang larutan maizena. Masak hingga agak mengental.
- Tata jamur enoki di atas piring saji, lalu siram saus teriyaki di atasnya.
- Jangan lupa taburkan biji wijen dan rajangan daun bawang sebagai pelengkap.
