Bahan-bahan - 1 buah jeruk bali
- air
- 1 buah Asam Jawa
- Garam
- Gula merah
- Gula putih
- bahan yang di haluskan:
- sesuai selera Cabai
- sesuai selera Cengek
- 2 buah kacang
- Terasi
Langkah
- Kupas jeruk bali, cuci & tiriskan
- Rebus Gulas merah, gula putih, garam & asam jawa sampai semuanya larut
- Haluskan semua bumbu yang di haluskan, kemudian masukan ke dalam air gula yang sedang di masak.
- Test rasa, jika sudah pas di lidah matikan kompor. Masukan jeruk bali yang sudah di kupas ke dalam kuah rujak. Aduk rata & sajikan
