Ikan Tongkol Bakar Colo Dabu Dabu


Bahan :


  • 1 ekor(500 gram) ikan tongkol
  • 2 buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
  • 4 siung bawang, parut
  • 1 sdm garam
  • 2 sdm margarine



Bahan Dabu-dabu lilang


  • 6 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
  • 12 buah cabai rawit merah, iris halus
  • 4 buah tomat hijau, belah menjadi 8 bagian
  • 2 sdm air lemon cui
  • ½ sdt garam
  • 1 sdt gula pasir



Cara membuat


  1. bersihkan ikan tongkol, gurat-gurat kedua sisinya. Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis, bawang putih, dan garam. Diamkan selama 30 menit.
  2. olesi ikan dengan margarine. Panggang/bakar ikan di atas bara api sambil dibalik-balik. Panggang ikan sampai matang dan kedua sisinya matang dan kering, angkat.
  3. dabu-dabu lilang: campur semua bahan dabu-dabu, aduk sampai garam dan gula larut. Atur ikan tongkol bakar di atas piring saji, lalu siram dengan dabu-dabu lilang. Sajikan selagi hangat.
