Chinese Food Udang Pedas Saus Tiram
Bahan Bumbu :
- Udang segar 250 gram
- Bawang bombay 1 buah
- Saus tomat 2 sendok makan
- Saus cabe 1 sendok makan
- Saus tiram 2 sendok makan
- secukupnya lada bubuk
- Jahe 2 cm, iris tipis
- secukupnya garam
- Air 100 mili liter
Cara Memasak :
- Cuci udang sampai bersih, buang kepala dan kulitnya.
- Selanjutnya iris-iris bawang Bombay tipis memanjang, sisihkan.
- Masukkan minyak, tumis bombay sampai kayu, masukkan udang, tumis sampai matang, lalu masukkan saus tomat, saus cabe, saus tiram, lada, jahe, garam, masukkan air. Masak sampai matang.
- Angkat dan sajikan, makan dengan nasi panas. Mantap!
