Resep Mantap Sambal Balado Udang
- ½ kilogram udang ukuran sedang, kupas
- 1 papan petai, kupas kulitnya, belah jadi 2 (bila suka)
- 1 buah tomat merah ukuran sedang, belah 4
- minyak goreng, untuk menumis
- 100 ml air
Bumbu (dihaluskan)
- 7 buah buah cabe merah, buang bijinya biar gak terlalu pedas
- 4 buah bawang putih
- 7 siung bawang merah
Bumbu
- 2 lembar daun jeruk purut
- gula secukupnya
- garam secukupnya
Cara Membuat
- Cuci bersih udang kemudian goreng setengah matang, angkat tiriskan
- Panaskan minyak lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga wangi, tambahkan petai, tomat, daun jeruk, garam dan gula. Aduk rata sampai petai setengah matang
- Masukkan udang, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan air, biarkan hingga airnya berkurang atau mengering. angkat
- Sajikan dengan nasi hangat
