Apem Jawa Manis Legit




Bahan-bahan

  • 1 kg tepung beras
  • 300 gr tape singkong matang
  • 1 saset ragi instan
  • 1 btr telur, kocok lepas
  • 6 gelas santan (dari 1 btr kelapa)
  • 800 gr gula pasir
  • 1 butir air kelapa
  • 1 buah pandan, ikat simpul

Langkah

  • Masak santan, gula dan daun pandan sampai mendidih. Sisihkan biarkan hangat.
  • Haluskan tape Tambahkan air kelapa dan telur, tambahkan juga tepung beras dan ragi instan aduk rata. Masukkan santan sedikit2 sambil di uleni / di keplok2 hingga licin kurleb 10mnt. Tutup adonan biarkan hingga berbuih (aku sekitar 2jam lbh)
  • Panaskan cetakan dg api kecil. Oles dg margarin tipis2 agar tidak lengket. Tuang adonan dan tutup. Masak hingga matang.

 
Nb. Masak dg api kecil. Alasi cetakan dg lempengan seng ato tutup panci yg ga kepake supaya tdk terkena api secara langsung dan adonan tdk cepat gosong.
